The Board of Governors (BoG) serves as the apex statutory governing body of Malla Reddy (MR) Deemed to be University, responsible for laying down overall institutional policies, long-term strategic directions, and governance frameworks.
It oversees executive administration, fiscal planning, academic expansion, and institutional development to maintain high standards of quality education, organizational integrity, and statutory compliance.
